What Web Pulse will do
Web Pulse is Vinix's embeddable browser-to-agent communication channel. Drop a script tag on any page; visitors get a click-to-call button that routes into your existing callflows. Screen Assist layers co-browsing on top.
The script-tag embed is already shipping for selected customers — the public REST and Webhook surface for provisioning endpoints, configuring routing, and pulling session analytics is what we're still building out.

- Talk to Vinix Developer Support if you want an early-access slot — the embed itself is available, just the management API isn't documented publicly yet.
